As you enter into this realm, we invite you to discover why so many people are opting for the charm of a pioneer log home.
Along with service comes knowledge to make the service valuable. We have 34 years in building and selling log homes. If you have any question about building a log home we can answer it for you and we can do it here locally rather than having to call someone out of state.
We are located in Utah. We are convenient to most of Utah and most of our major components (logs, windows, lumber, etc.) are produced in Utah.
Our logs are milled to the tightest specifications and are from lodge pole pine “standing dead timber” with a moisture content of less than 10%. Our walls shrink less than 1/8″ and as such our kits make it much easier to build a quality home.
We use only high quality vinyl thermal windows and steel ext. doors for a very energy efficient home. Our contractors are the most qualified, experienced, quality oriented builders in the state.
We custom design every home we sell so you get the home you want, not just the home we have. We have in-house CAD design to make the process easy for you to get your home.
Pioneer Logs can meet all your construction needs, from supplying your log kit to seeing your home totally built or any place in-between. We will be here to answer all your questions and to look at your lot to see if your plan works.
National companies might be bigger but can they service their customers like a good local company can? We will see that the building process isn’t a nightmare but a fun experience.
People have long recognized Pioneer Logs as a name to be trusted. Our best source of advertising is word of mouth. Our past customers recommend us to our new customers, that says a lot about us.
Ron Thorne, builder of 200 to 300 homes a year said, “I could have had any company build my summer home, including my own crews. I chose Pioneer Logs because of their reputation integrity, building experience, and ability to design a plan to meet my needs. I am very pleased to recommend Pioneer Logs to those interested in building a log home.”
Pioneer Logs is looking for qualified dealers to help expand our business in Utah and the inter-mountain areas. Talk to Dave White (owner) about the potential opportunity that can be yours.
